Subprocessors

Last updated April 6, 2026

Eidon uses a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate the Services. This page lists each subprocessor, the type of data they process, and where they are located.

Current Subprocessors

User-Configured Providers

During setup, you choose an LLM provider for AI-powered features. This provider receives code context directly from your machine. Eidon does not act as an intermediary. Your choice of provider is entirely under your control.

If you select Ollama, no data leaves your machine at all. API keys for external providers are stored locally in ~/.eidon/ and are never sent to Eidon servers.

Changes to This List

We will update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. If we add a new subprocessor that handles personal data, we will notify existing customers via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

If you have concerns about a subprocessor, contact us at support@eidon.dev.
